Technical baseline
Working knowledge
You should already manage content in some capacity. We do not teach basic CMS operation or HTML fundamentals.
Payment plans available for those who need them. Contact us before enrollment if upfront cost is a barrier.
Numbers that reflect current reach
Participants across 34 countries since programme launch
Cohorts completed with documented outcomes tracked post-graduation
Completion rate among those who finish the first three sessions
How we stay connected to what's working now
Our curriculum updates every eight weeks based on algorithm shifts and platform changes.
Each cohort includes at least two participants who work in-house at platforms or agencies. They bring current problems into the room. We solve them together, then fold those solutions into the next session's material.
Instructors audit live sites during seminars. When something stops working, we acknowledge it immediately and adjust the approach. No outdated case studies presented as current practice.
The programme doesn't pretend search behavior is predictable. It teaches you how to read signals when the rules shift underneath you.
People who found traction here
Siobhan Kerrigan
Content lead at a regional healthcare network
Siobhan joined with six years of writing experience but no formal training in optimization. She rebuilt her organization's resource library using session frameworks. Traffic to patient education pages doubled in five months. She now mentors newer participants in the cohort channel.
Elif Yilmaz
Freelance content strategist working with e-commerce clients
Elif needed a structured method to justify her recommendations to clients who questioned every edit. The programme gave her a repeatable audit process and language to explain why changes mattered. She raised her rates after the fourth session and still gets referrals from cohort peers.
What exists when you hit a wall
Learning stalls when you're stuck alone. We built structures to prevent that.
Office hours with rotating instructors
Two scheduled slots each week where you can bring specific problems. No formal presentation required. Show your work, explain where you're stuck, get direct feedback from someone who has solved similar issues.
Sessions are recorded if your timezone makes live attendance difficult.
Peer review channel
A moderated space where participants share work in progress and get structured critique from others in the cohort. Not a social feed. Submissions follow a template that focuses feedback on specific decisions.
Instructors monitor but do not dominate. Most useful insights come from people one step ahead of you.
The environment you'll work within
Cohort size
Between 18 and 24 participants per session. Small enough that instructors remember your name and the problems you're solving.
Geographic spread
Current cohort includes people from Wellington, Manila, Toronto, and Bangalore. Sessions rotate timing to accommodate different zones across the twelve weeks.
Professional range
Freelancers working alone, in-house teams at mid-size companies, agency specialists managing multiple clients. Diverse contexts mean you see how methods adapt across situations.
Post-programme access
Alumni channel stays open after graduation. Many participants return months later when they face new challenges. Instructors remain active there and often pull real questions into updated curriculum.
